How to Sign Up
You can opt in to Pita Cafe SMS updates in two ways:
1. By Phone
When you place a catering order, our team will call to confirm your order details. During that call, we'll ask if you'd like to receive text updates about your order. If you say yes, you'll receive a confirmation text asking you to reply Y to confirm or N to decline. Only customers who reply Y will be subscribed.
2. Online
Check the SMS consent box on our catering order form at pitacafeaz.com. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively select it to opt in. Consent is never required to place an order.

- Status updates (preparation, out for delivery, delivered)
- Post-delivery follow-up
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (480) 473-4741.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
